It is ethically bad business, and bad ethically, just plan bad. It may contain bad codes called back doors and the person or hacker who rips the site of may have implanted backdoor in it. So basically if u have small business, use nulled or else switch over to free or original content. More over u mace legal action too. XiNiX , Dec 4, Ethically, it is wrong. If you didn't pay for something by obtaining it through unauthorized sources such that the licensing has been circumvented nulled , it is considered illegal, unethical, and just plain wrong.
Be real! I think it you should just buy the script because it is not nice to not pay for people which worked hard, they could make a living on them scripts they make for sale. I hope I made a point.

A nulled script is when somebody changes a script to remove the protection implemented by the author. For example, when they remove call homes or registration checks or etc. Although nearly impossible to detect from original author, I have no idea of the legal implications from removing call-home code in a script, javascript code has to be accessible to be of any use and is not compiled.
As for removing copyrights and licensing information in a script, also very hard to detect this is pretty much illegal as far as I know. How are we doing? Please help us improve Stack Overflow. I think to add purchase code field to plugin options, that will be required and the plugin will not work without it, but I think it can be easily removed by hackers, that created nulled scripts.
Can items with obfuscated code be approved on CodeCanyon? No you are not allowed to obfuscate the code and to be honest if these pirates want to break it then they probably will.
